In other words, you'll be wasting LOTS of time messing with the kayak. Couple that with the fact that bigger fish have a tendency to pull you around and you'll spend lots of time you could be fishing getting your kayak back in the right position. Not to mention the fact it takes FOREVER to get anywhere using them. The kayaks take some time getting used to. You can hold these under a flashlight for a few minutes and they will really light up for a few casts.If your cash reserves are such that you sre even DEBATING about whether or not to spend $35K, I would honestly advise you to skip the kayak and use that money to upgrade your equipment and for travel/license expenses. If I really want a glow soft plastic I use something like this Norton Bull Minnow, but most lure mfgs make them in this color and have been for years. if you hold them under the light they will glow better. The one on the rod and the two in upper left of box glow some and the glitter helps. Maybe something that glows would have caught their attention. The only thing to do to get them was to put the lure on their nose. Last time I went out the reds were trashing bait on the shoreline of the marsh big time. I'm curious how fish react to a fully glowing lure in total darkness. I have a couple of dark corkies with glitter, but they don't really glow.
Do they really glow when you turn off the lights or is more light reflection on the glitter? Those Corky's look like they have tons of glitter. They also work good in brown tide or other dirty water situations. A glow Corky is one of my gotos for night fishing. Not like what you show, but typical shad, shrimp tail, assassin type lures.
